WILL MY ZIARE ORDER BE SHIPPED FOR FREE?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum purchase required.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
The shipping time may vary depending on the location and availability of the product. We aim to ship all orders within 24-72 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 working days. We ship using standard providers across India.
Shipping times may vary every now and then due to circumstantial issues, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp/email/SMS, once the order is shipped.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
Team ensures that products are packed in a shipping friendly way. However, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for products lost in transit due to the performance of our carriers. Customers will be shared tracking id and carrier information and will have to coordinate with the carrier to obtain their packages in the address provided on the order.
In case of damaged during shipping, if the customer provided an unboxing video highlighting the damages, we will assist our customers for an exchange (basis our returns policy) if eligible.
I ADDED A WRONG EMAIL, ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER. NOW WHAT?
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure that any possible delays are avoided.
However, if you did mess up, drop us email at support@shopziare.com with your order number and the correct details and we'll fix it for you if order hasn't been dispatched.
