Refund policy

An unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery for any issue to be considered.Without it, we will not be able to process your request.

 

1. 3-DAY EASY EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a smooth and hassle-free exchange within 3 days of delivery for the following cases:

You must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from the original sealed condition to the point where the damage or defect is visible. This video acts as mandatory proof for evaluating damage claims.

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will review your claim based on the unboxing video evidence and respond with the next steps.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Size-related exchanges are only applicable on rings.Exchanges are allowed only once per order. A ₹250 charge will be applied for ring size changes to cover shipping and handling.

  2. Share your Order ID and a clear image of the product

We may arrange for pickup of the items based on address. For self ship locations, please note that exchanges must be shipped within 2 days of approval using the provided label. Delayed shipments may result in cancellation of the return request.

2. CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting. By placing your order, you acknowledge that cancellation is not an option.

3. EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not provide returns for any reasons besides defects and damaged goods.

4. REFUNDS

We currently do not offer refunds and only allow exchanges. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know the tracking for the exchanged item. In exceptional cases, we might initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days basis Ziare's discretion. Please contact us at support@shopziare.com if you need help.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Returns or refunds requested without video proof of damage will not be considered. Repeated or suspicious return claims may lead to restrictions on future purchases. Ziare reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy or appear to be fraudulent.
